  The primary purpose of the Broker/Dealer and Agency is to provide a consumer driven outlet for independent financial services representatives while exemplifying the principles of the Nicol Agency's " Prime Directive, " "Code of Ethics," and Ten Commandements of the Nicol Agency. By being able to co-op their efforts and resources, Associates will be able to offer, what we feel to be, the industries finest products to their clientele.
